The room was comfortable with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed the location, it was stunning and great, so close to the port, the beach and the port and the ATH airport. Sofia made everything for all of us...

We got excellent value for our money at Seaside Studio Meltemi. The room was modern, sparkling clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was fantastic, right opposite the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly accommodating and made our check-in process a breeze.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

Location was perfect, we reached Kokkino Limanaki within 10 minutes by driving. Beds were exceptionally comfortable, with down pillows. Quiet atmosphere, Sofia the owner has done above and beyond for us.

The apartment at Seaside Studio Meltemi was perfect for our family. The bedroom was cozy and the living room was spacious. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to prepare meals, and having a fridge and coffee machine was a nice touch. We loved watching our favorite shows on the flat-screen TV and being able to do laundry with the washing machine was a lifesaver. the apartment felt like a home away from home.

Personally, I found the stovetop a bit tricky to use, but I'm sure others would have no problem with it.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived, we were amazed by how clean, cozy, and well thought out the studio was. It had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and an electric kettle for our morning coffee. The air conditioning was a lifesaver on the hot summer days, and we loved spending time on the cozy patio with its hammock and sofas. The hosts, Kostas and Sofia, were incredibly responsive and made sure our every need was met. They even provided us with a delicious breakfast, complete with sandwiches, croissants, and orange juice. The location was perfect, with a beach just across the street and plenty of free parking. We didn't have time to enjoy all the activities nearby, like cycling, snorkelling, and horseback riding, but we will definitely be back to explore them next time. this was the best find for our transfer and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

I loved being able to cook my own meals and enjoy them in the dining area. The bedroom was a haven of tranquility, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby every night. Having a washing machine in the apartment was so convenient. I didn't have to worry about finding a laundromat during my stay. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch. I enjoyed cozying up on the couch and watching movies in the evenings.

While the stovetop was functional, I personally found it a bit challenging to use. However, others may not have the same experience.

Conveniently located with a variety of great restaurants and bars nearby for breakfast. The host gave a warm welcome and the place is only a 15-minute walk from Marikes Public Beach 🌊.

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy studio by the beach. The bed was comfortable, and the hot shower was a refreshing way to start the day. The owners had thoughtfully provided sandwiches and drinks in the fridge for our arrival, which was greatly appreciated. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Rafina Port and close to local restaurants. The apartment was well-equipped with a washing machine and iron/ironing board, making it convenient for travelers. The patio area was a lovely spot for relaxing and the internet access was great. we highly recommend this studio for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We did have a small inconvenience with the hot water. We forgot to switch it on when we returned to the property, so we had to wait for it to heat up.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the stovetop in the apartment. But hey, that's just me!
